Custom apparel orders
Custom apparel is made to the specifications approved for your order. Product availability, decoration method, placement, colors, artwork, and final price are confirmed as part of the order process.
Artwork and permissions
By submitting artwork, logos, text, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and authorize Uniform Country to reproduce it for your order. We may decline artwork that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or unsuitable for production.
Proof approval
When a proof is provided, carefully review the spelling, layout, colors, placement, garment selection, sizing, and quantity before approving it. Full payment is required before production begins. Uniform Country is not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof, except where the finished item does not match that approved proof.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Uniform Country promptly if you need to change or cancel a custom order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
Returns and corrections
Custom or decorated merchandise is final sale except for a verified defect or an error by Uniform Country. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within three days of delivery at support@uniformcountry.com or 540-427-6315 with your order number and photos of the item.
