Uniform Country ships eligible online orders to addresses within the United States. Available delivery options and their charges are shown at checkout before an order is placed.
Processing time, carrier service, and destination affect the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Store pickup
In-store pickup is available at Uniform Country, 2243 Colonial Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24015, when the option is available at checkout. We will send pickup instructions when the order is ready.
Order updates
After an order ships, we will send the tracking information to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Delivery issues
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Uniform Country within three days of delivery at support@uniformcountry.com or 540-427-6315. Please include your order number and photos when available so we can review the issue.
